  • 50 minute session 135.00

  • 90 minute EMDR session 155.00

  • 50 minute Couples session 155.00

 

I accept Medicare, Anthem BlueCross, UMR, United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna, Beacon, MINES, Larimer County Victim's Assistance, Compsych and PVSD EAP.

 I am happy to create a statement for you to submit to other insurance companies for reimbursement purpose

If you are currently experiencing financial hardship, please ask about the availability of sliding scale appointments.
